A Tiktok scheduler is helpful for anyone that wants to be consistent with content posting. Tiktok posts can be scheduled in real-time, which helps plan a content strategy.

How to Schedule My TikTok Posts on the Desktop

Step 1: Connect your TikTok account to your Hootsuite account

To use Hootsuite, you must add social accounts. You must add your TikTok account.

Step 2: Save your TikTok video to your computer

First, a video needs to be made and published as a private one. It will then appear in the photo gallery of your phone. It can be dropped or emailed to your computer, and you can also use third-party software to make videos and send them to your computer.

Step 3: Create your TikTok post
  • Go over to your dashboard.
  • Click the create icon.
  • Choose post.
  • Go under Publish to select the TikTok account.
  • Click and drag your video file into the media box.
  • Schedule a TikTok post: clicking create
Step 4: Schedule the post
  • Choose a date and time for later and click schedule.

Frequent posting allows Hootsuite to recommend 3 best times to post based on your account’s historical performances.

Step 5: Rinse and repeat

The selected date will appear on the calendar as a draft, and it can be seen in other social media posts.

Scheduling TikTok posts using TikTok’s scheduler:

The native TikTok scheduler has an easy-to-use interface with two major limitations. There is a limitation of scheduling up to 10 days ahead, and the program can only be used on the desktop computer.

Step 1: Log in to TikTok on your web browser
  • Visit tiktok.com on a web browser and log into your account.
  • Click on a cloud icon next to the top-right-hand corner of our feeds.
  • This will direct you to the TikTok upload pages.
Step 2: Create and upload your video
  • Upload your videos to the TikTok platform and edit them.
  • Add hashtags, allow comments, and set privacy settings.
Step 3: Schedule the video
  • When your video is ready, click the schedule button.
  • Once you have selected your data, you are done.

Scheduling TikToks on your mobile phone

Add your TikTok account to the Hootsuite mobile app.

Step 2: Save your TikTok video to your phone’s gallery

Please make a video and publish it as a private one first; this video will have a watermark. Then send it to your computer.

Step 3: Compose your TikTok post
  • Click to Hootsuite mobile app.
  • Tap the compose button.
  • Select your TikTok account.
  • Create captions, hashtags, and links.
  • Tap the gallery icon and set your video.
  • After its upload, tap Next in the top right-hand corner.
Step 4: Schedule your TikTok post
  • Select Custom Schedule
  • Enter your date and time
  • Tap OK

How to create a TikTok content calendar:

A content calendar helps you plan your posts. When building a content calendar, consider the date and platform you intend to publish on, the summary of the content, and platform-specific criteria.

Setting a goal of posting on TikTok consistently every day.

Tiktok recommends posting 1-4 times per day. Tiktok scheduler allows auto-publishing of videos, which keeps your posting consistent.
